My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, completely changing our experience. The service was superb, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. The hotel is in a prime downtown Halifax location, offering spacious rooms despite cleanliness issues like a smelly carpet and unclean bathroom. The eating and business areas were a plus, but finding leftover snacks in the fridge was a letdown.
The hotel had well-sized rooms that felt uncrowded, but there was an issue with extreme cold upon arrival, making the floors, bedding, and mattress very cold. The reservation process was convenient and experienced.
